Monbulk Cricket Club Premierships

Monbulk Cricket Club has won 40 Senior Premierships, including 13 1st XI flags.

Monbulk Cricket Club competed in the Mountain District Cricket Association from the early 1920's until the late 1950's. In this time we won five 1st XI premierships including an amazing four in a row from 1954/55 to 1957/58.

Monbulk Cricket Club has also been one of the most successful clubs since joining the Ferntree Gully & District Cricket Association in the late 1950's. In this time we have won 33 senior premierships, although it took a while and many heart breaks for our 1st XI to win in the FTGDCA. Our 1st XI lost eight grand finals, including five in eight years between 80/81 and 87/88, before finally winning in 1988/89. Recently our First XI made history by winning the flag in 2006/07 in the Decoite Shield (2nd Division) and then the following season won the Knox Tavern - 1st Division flag, the first club to ever achieve this. Our 1st XI again won the Decoite Shield in 2021/22
