Massive news for the Monbulk Cricket Club with the appointment of Phil Lovell as Junior coach. Phil is the head coach of Premier side Richmond Cricket Club and has 20+ years of experience with junior and senior teams up and down the country. Introducing our new playing coach.... Brodie Emmett!! Brodie will lead (as new MCC Coach) this very talented young group. Brodie was the inaugural winner of our most outstanding junior (Jason Fraser Award) back in 2009/10 where he also made two junior centuries around that time. Brodie went on to play Premier cricket where he gained a wealth of knowledge. The MCC is super excited to announce the return of these 4 former Monbulk Junior players: Josh Spencer, Joel Wensley, Toby Hepworth & Tyren Utting Josh, Joel, Toby and TJ all played juniors together at Monbulk finishing in the U16’s in 2017/18.
